Acceptance of terms & conditions
By using our website you acknowledge that you accept our terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and you acknowledge that you will be bound by these terms and conditions by your continued use of our website.
As we offer specialist products which are handmade in small quantities, there may be occasions when we cannot guarantee that the product listed will be in stock. If you order a product which is out of stock, we will contact you by email and inform you when we expect delivery to be. We are happy to refund the purchase of any product which is out of stock.
We currently accept payment via Paypal and Opayo (Sage Pay). We accept payment in sterling, Euros and US dollars. We do not accept payment by cheque or by cash.
We deliver to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Items are dispatched on the day of your order if possible. Items are sent by Standard post/Special delivery to the UK and by Standard post/International tracked to Europe, the USA and Rest of the World. We do not deliver to PO box addresses.
Customs duties & other taxes
Our products are free of any customs duties in the USA and the UK. We cannot vouch for the rest of the world. Being aware of your local tax laws is your responsibility, and we are unable to refund any amount charged at the point of delivery.
VAT charges apply to any products ordered for delivery to the UK, with the exception of our cinnamon sticks which are exempt. We do not charge VAT on orders to EU destinations, but VAT may be charged at your local rate on delivery.
Lost/damaged items and returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that items occasionally get lost or damaged in the post. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery time indicated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. If any items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. Returned goods should be sent to Cinnamon Hill Ltd at the address given below.
